ÉCLAT LED INVERTER 110012 P M

 

The éCLAT 110012 P M (1 = 1 Hour 100 = 100 Watt 12 = 12V DC, P = Lead Acid Battery or 12 V DC Power Source M = Maintained Emergency) Inverter is a robust Inverter which operates in the Maintained Emergency Mode.  The current which can be made available is in the order of 9.0A DC and is suitable for operation off a 12 Volt DC Power Supply, offering a Nominal Duration of 1.0 Hour, or for as Long as the External DC Power Source is Available, and is suitable for operating 5W - 100W LED [Light Emitting Diode] Lamps. Duration is dependent on the quantity of Lamps in use. Three 12V, 9W LED Lamps will run at 100% Light Output for 1.0 Hour, off a Single 12V 2.8Ah Lead Acid Battery Pack. (See VALID COMBINATIONS)

 

ÉCLAT '110012' TYPE INVERTER STANDARD FEATURES: -


The Charger (which forms part of the Inverter Circuitry) and Inverter’s Electronic components are housed in a robust Aluminium extrusion, which also serves as a Heatsink for dissipation, and for mounting purposes.

The Electronic Control Circuitry of the Inverter ensures optimum Charging Levels, which allows a Full Charge of the relevant Battery Pack to be reached within 24 hours.

Constant Light Output over entire Emergency Duration, except for the last few minutes - approximately 5 minutes. (Light Output Test Reports are available.)
Mains Presence / Charge Indicator LED.
Supplied Complete with Colour Coded Wires for faster installation.
Robust, Mill Finish Aluminium extrusion.
Low Profile: 31mm x 40mm x 258mm. H x W x L. (110012 P M.)

Glass Fibre Printed Circuit Board (PCB.)
Solder Mask is a Feature on all Inverters, which assists in preventing Short Circuits and resultant Inverter failure in damp, corrosive or wet environments.
The Electronic Control Circuitry also prevents Deep Discharge and Overcharging of the Hermetically Sealed Lead-Acid Battery, by monitoring Upper and Lower Voltage Levels of the Battery, and thereby ensuring a long Service Life.

Internally equipped with an Emergency Inhibit Function, which can be operated via an external On / Off Switch.
Mains Voltage Surge Protection.

Internally Fused [replaceable] at 10A for the Output Circuit.
Nominal Mains Input Voltage 230V A.C. 50 Hz ± 10%.
Failure Rate of less than 0.65%.
Design Life of 10 Years.
Inspection and Test Procedures are carried out TWICE on EACH and EVERY Inverter to ensure it’s Functionality. Full Test and Inspection procedure is available.
Light Output Tests (under a controlled environment) are carried out on a regular basis, to ensure that all Inverters conform to the set requirements.
One Type of Inverter is all that is required, to cater for all Types of Standard Control Gear, be this: -
Conventional Magnetic / Wire Wound Transformers, Electronic Transformers, Dimmable Electronic Transformers (from any Manufacturer.) Please inquire for suitable Wiring Diagrams.
The Inverter can accommodate all of these Variations, Provided that the Inverter, under Emergency Conditions, Powers a Quantity of Lamps which does not exceed the Maximum Output Power Rating.

 

ÉCLAT INVERTER ADDITIONAL FEATURES: -
 

Inverters can be Resin Cast for Rugged Environments.
Data / Specification Sheets are available for each Inverter (except for the new products) should You require.
Can be combined with the ÉCLAT Self Diagnostic System (SDS) to allow for periodic Functional and Duration Tests. (See SDS.)

The Inverter can also operate in the Non-Maintained, or Sustained Mode when equipped with the correct additional Circuitry.

The 110012 P M is capable of running more than one lamp in the Maintained Emergency Mode.
Lightweight 315 Grams.
Economical. Current consumption under Normal Conditions is a modest 20mA. (0.020 Amp.)
Low Voltage Shutoff, to protect against deep discharge of the Battery or External DC Power Source.
Mains Voltage Tolerance is ± 10% at 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
Simply put, good quality, reliable, and economically priced.
The INVERTER 110012 P NM. Inverters are physically identical to the above Inverter, and is based on the same Inverter Design Principals, and therefore are of the same quality and reliability.
